Gamers Rush Preorder Guarantee

As of September 1st, 2023, Gamers Rush will offer all it's customers who pre-order any item from the above date onwards the Gamers Rush Preorder Guarantee. What does this mean? Read below to find out the full terms and conditions.

1. Gamers Rush will guarantee customers who place a preorder from 1st September, 2023 onwards that their order will ship within three (3) business days from release day.
2. Customers will be entitled to a full refund including the items they preordered should Gamers Rush fail to provide tracking number that shows the item was shipped within three (3) business days from release.
3. Three (3) days means three business days (72 hours) from the official Australian Release Date set by the product manufacturer and/or distributor. This does not include Weekends, Public Holidays or Store planned closure days which have been pre-announced on the Gamers Rush Blog prior to release that may fall during the release day period (which is rare). If a product releases on a Friday, 3 business days will end at 11:59pm Tuesday the following week. From 0:00 Wednesday, customers will be entitled to request a refund and the item for free should they choose to.
4. Three (3) days does not mean a customer has a right to request any form of refund if they receive the items after 3 days from release day. It only stands for the time required for Gamers Rush to ship the items from the release day. Shipping does take time dependent on location and being an online customer, you would already be aware and accepting of this fact.
5. It is the responsibility of customers to contact us, this system will not run automatically and if your item has shipped after 3 days and you haven't contacted us, the Guarantee terms will not be applied.
6. Release day is set for Australian Release Dates and not in conjunction with any international Release Dates.
7. Express Shipping does not mean Express Packing and Processing of your order. Express Shipping only relates to the Australia Post Service that will be used for your parcel when being lodged with Australia Post.
8. Please note that the Gamers Rush Preorder Policy still remains in that preorders cannot be cancelled prior to release or prior to the three day period after release has been reached. Gamers Rush and Distributors take an unnecessary expense to bring in the items customers preorder and we hold our customers to those preorders.
9. Customers may contact chat support through the webstore to request the refund should more than 3 days (72 Hours) have passed.
10. Exception to the 3 day rule shall be made should delays exist between Manufacturer and Distributor that may push a product to arrive later than release. In situations such as these, the Gamers Rush Preorder Guarantee shall not apply.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)

The rules above do not apply for International Customers buying from outside of Australia. For those customers, as shipping needs to be quoted on a product basis, the rules are as listed below;

1. International Customers will qualify for a full refund plus the item/s they preordered for free should Gamers Rush fail to provide them with a Shipping Quote within five (5) days from release day. International Parcels take longer to prepare and quote.
2. Gamers Rush will ensure all International Orders are shipped within three (3) business days from the day of payment being received (cleared) from the customer.
3. Customers taking long to reply to Shipping Quote emails will not qualify for refunds or the order for free. As long as Gamers Rush has sent the shipping quote email within five (5) business days from release day, Gamers Rush will not be liable for refunding or providing the order for free.
4. Customers taking long to pay their Shipping Invoices will not qualify for refunds or the order for free. As long as Gamers Rush ships the order within three (3) business days from payment being received, Gamers Rush will not be liable for refunds or the order for free.
5. Payment being received stands for the date the payment clears our bank account depending on the payments used. Paypal is almost instant unless you use an eCheque. Paying via Credit/Debit or other Card using Shopify Card Payments can take up to three (3) business days to clear. Paying via Afterpay or a Pay in Installments type payment can take up to five (5) business days to clear. These time frames shall be added to the total permmisable timeframe for Gamers Rush to process and ship orders without being liable for refunds or providing the order for free.
