Gamers Rush is one of the few stores that allows buyers to purchase items and have them be held for combined shipping at a later date upon the request from the customer.
How does it work?
When placing an order, during the shipping section of checkout, you select the option, "Hold for Combined Shipping"
What happens next?
You will make payment for the initial items you're purchasing excluding shipping. Once payment has been made through the payment gateway you have selected, your order will be processed and the items will be placed in a protective box in our special section of our warehouse. It will be held there and any new items you purchase will go into that box until you request a shipping quote.
I am ready to ship all my purchases. How do I request a shipping quote?
Contact us via our Contact Us page located HERE. Be sure to provide your Full name and email address as set on your account. Our friendly staff will then provide you a shipping quote for your items.
How long do I have to pay shipping?
You will have 30 days from the day the invoice is sent to you via email.
What if I don't pay within 30 days?
Our friendly staff will remind you within 7 days from the 30 day deadline. We encourage that you keep communication as to not lose your items. Failure to pay within 30 days from shipping quote invoice date will result in the loss of your items with no refund! If you are having hardship, please contact our staff, we will be more than happy to advance the time frame if required as we believe in understanding and working with our customers during their times of hardship.
How long will you hold items for?
The longest we'll hold items for is 6 months. Once 6 months have passed, our friendly staff will send out a shipping quote to you and the above rules shall apply for payment within 30 days. You will receive a notification 60 days and 30 days before your 6 months is up to give you adequate time to organise shipping.
Your shipping costs are too high! I don't agree!
We provide quotes taken directly from Australia Post. We do not add any extra and provide a screenshot of the shipping quote amount. As these prices are set by Australia Post, it is beyond our control. Failure to agree to pay to a shipping invoice will result to the above rules coming into effect. Failure to pay within 30 days will see your items re-inventoried and re-stocked to our online store without a refund. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you know what you are buying. If you don't like the cost of shipping, complain to Australia Post.
