Gamers Rush uses Australia Post Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large boxes for all orders up to 5kg and our postage fee's relate to a 5kg limit.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders under $190 regardless of size will allow customers to select one of two shipping options.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping charged at $10
Flat Rate Express Shipping charged at $15

All orders above $190 regardless of size will receive free shipping.

Please note that any orders that contain pre-order items will see the entire order held until the last pre-order item is released. If you wish for the items to be shipped separately, please contact us and we'll send additional shipping fee invoices to you to pay.

It is always recommended to separate in stock purchases and pre-order purchases into different orders.

Once orders leave the Gamers Rush store and are in the hands of the Postal/Courier Service, it is no longer the responsibility of Gamers Rush. Any damages sustained during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and we urge our customers to contact us if they desire extra insurance.

While Gamers Rush shares no responsibility on any damages caused during transit, we will do our best to help our customers where we are able to ensure we provide the best quality service throughout your online shopping needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

International Customers purchasing from any country outside of Australia will be given the option during checkout to request a shipping quote. You will still need to pay the initial item cost and then you'll receive a Shipping Quote via your account's email within 24 - 48 hours (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). If you are not happy with the shipping costs, you can request to cancel your order and a refund will be made of your initial purchase.

Due to the differing charges by Australia Post dependent on parcel size and weight, it is impossible for Gamers Rush to have an automated system. We hope you understand that this method is to help ensure we do not overcharge any customer from our International list.
